Warranty Policy

At GRAND4x4, we are committed to providing high-quality 4x4 accessories and equipment. We offer a warranty to the original purchaser for products bought new through authorized GRAND4x4 resellers and distributors. This warranty is non-transferable and commences from the date of retail purchase.

Our products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship that result in performance below the specified limits set by GRAND4x4. If a defect is identified, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part after inspection by a GRAND4x4 representative and confirmation of a valid warranty claim.

Warranty Claim Process

  • All warranty claims must be submitted through the original place of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

  • Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Products may need to be returned to GRAND4x4 for assessment or repair.

  • GRAND4x4 is not responsible for postage or removal costs involved in warranty claims. Assistance may be considered at our discretion for verified claims.

Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

  1. Damage due to neglect, misuse, or improper installation.

  2. Products that have been modified without prior approval.

  3. Use in racing or competition without prior consent.

  4. Use beyond the manufacturer's specified limits.

  5. Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.

Return Policy

  • Unused products returned without fault will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Used or soiled products returned without fault will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer's expense.

  • Damage resulting from fitment errors is not covered under warranty.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, even if the failure does not amount to a major failure.
